Italian metalcore/mathcore band Days Of Collapse have released Escape The Rat Race, the brand new song from We Got This Far, the new up-coming album by the band.
We Got This Far was tracked and produced at Raptor Recording Studio with Matteo ‘Ciube’ Tabacco and will be released on September 25th via Imminence Records. Days Of Collapse drummer Davide Tonin commented about the record – “Listeners new and old will hear a more professional and mature production than our first EP, Life Concepts. The new album will sound like a mix of feelings developed in this last period of ours where some parts will sound happier and some will sound gloomier. We try to offer a new blend of mathcore by filtering our inspiration from the most influential mathcore and hardcore bands with our own take of the genre”
Days Of Collapse were recently discovered and subsequently signed by Imminence Records. The band was formed in Vicenza in 2009 and has already self-released an EP. The band has been through several lineup changes before falling into the current lineup in 2013. The new lineup quickly went to work on the release that will now be released worldwide on Imminence Records. Checkout the following outlets for pre-order, which is available now – iTunes, Google Play, AmazonMP3, Bandcamp.
Drummer Davide Tonin said about the union with Imminence Records – “Signing with Imminence Records was like an accident as we did not expect to find a label to honestly promote our album. In Imminence we found a true proposal to spread our music.”
The band will be planning tour dates in and around Italy for the rest of the year, while also beginning work on even more material.
